1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items (Due to Hygiene Regulations)

  • CPAP masks (opened)

  • Cushions and pillows

  • Tubing

  • Filters (opened)

  • Humidifier chambers (opened)

  • Any item with a hygiene seal that has been broken

These rules follow industry standards similar to CPAP suppliers nationwide.


2. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Email support@CPAPAirCare.com

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Wait for return authorization (RMA)

  4. Ship item back using the instructions provided

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


3. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • A restocking fee may apply for certain items

Refund time may vary based on your bank.


4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item:

  • We will replace it at no cost

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue


5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged during shipping:

If your package is lost:
